Solco Biomedical Institue

 With the aim of jumping to the world class medical appliances enterprise, Solco Biomedical established the Solco Biomedical Institute at the head office in Pyeongtaek in 1997 and laid the foundation for R&D. For the last 10 years, the Solco Biomedical Institute has been performing technical researches on implant, laser, medical electronics, plasma in biomedical field in addition to nano, and developing the innovative products continually. Furthermore, designated as ¡°Advanced Technology Center(ATC)¡±, ¡°Advanced Research Cluster in Medical Instruments¡± by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Energy, it¡¯s growing up as the world class R&D center in the fields of implants & medical electronics.

Moreover, continual investments & passion in R&D for 10 years caused developments of world class technology & products. Especially, it¡¯s growing up as R&D center to lead domestic medical appliance technology through performing many national policy-projects of the government. It has unrivaled research fruits like over 400 industrial properties including domestic & foreign patents, utility models, trademark application and announcing many scientific treatises every year.
